PARENT EDUCATION

LCPC Parent Education has been blessing families throughout the community for the past 33 years by providing quality parent education! About 450 parents and children visit out campus weekly (September through May) to participate in our 12 classes offered to parents of children ages 0-18. We are one of the few programs in the nation that offers classes for parents throughout their children’s elementary, ‘tween and teen experiences — instead of ending parenting education when the child enters school.

LCPC Parent Education is committed to drawing families to Christ, His church, and each other. We strive to encourage loving and effective parenting by teaching concepts of human development, strategies for building stronger families, and an appreciation for the uniqueness of both parent and child. In addition, we seek to create a warm, caring community of faith within each class that will provide meaningful support and encouragement to parents in their parenting journeys.

For more information, please contact Director Anne Bierling at (818) 790-6708 x252, or Administrative Assistant Sandy Ravana at (818) 790-6708 x205. Promotional brochures are also available in the church pews and kiosks.
